• Reviews：The only problem is that the hotel claims it has a free shuttle from the airport and this shuttle is impossible to find and one can find oneself on a bus heading into the city centre to the other Crowne Plaza. The hotel needs to ensure that there are proper directions to the free shuttle of indicate online what a taxi cost to get there from the airport. The hotel is good with a bit exception that staff here can speak better english as compared to other chinese people and its easier to communicate as the name of hotel speak for itself but it also has some loopholes which is very difficult for many others to digest here sometimes you find hair in breakfast and when you complain about it no action is being taken which was terrible part thhis property is only 15 minutes from Guangzhou airport very far from guangzhou city as the area hardly has any shopping complex nearby the closest is RT MART 5 miutes drive by cab it is actually departmental store for shopping definately have to go to gunagzhou the best way to reach guangzhou is go to airport by airport shuttle and then take metro to guangzhou railway station here you have to change train from jiahewanggang the only good part of this hotel is that it is closer to airport but from other point of view its very far from city if you go to guangzhou city centre by cab it cost you around 80-90 Yuan which is very costly

• Reviews： The denial was not just one occasion , like I specified a double bed and was told I needed to pay extra, the hotel phone was not working properly, the free internet was very slow, the front desk staff couldnot speak English and the attitude was bad and not help. Its location was good for visiting the temples and museums we wanted to see in Yuexiu. The hotel has a quiet and great environment that huge old trees are abundant everywhere and the surrounding areais so private and calm.However the staff service is getting worse compared to my stays in the past few years
