Reviews：Best hotel to be if the main purpose of your Osaka vacation is to go to Universal Studios.I had little hopes of this hotel being near the park because of our previous experience years ago when we booked at Hard Rock Hotel in Singapore. This hotel is located in the Universal City Walk complex, very convenient so many choices of eatery, lawson is 24 hours open. Room is cleaned everyday, 2 mineral waters everyday, bath amenities were amazing even we got cool pad for feet to relax our feet after a long tiring walk 🙂 All the staffs are very friendly, they spoke good English, we buy the park ticket and express pass there, so we don’t need to bother queuing at the park ticket counter which is very long queue Thank you The Park Front Hotel

And this hotel is the first I’ve encountered in Japan that doesn’t have a toilet and bathroom the size of a pillbox! There was a slight mix-up with the triple room I booked – they gave me a twin instead, but they managed to solve it quickly for me so that was nice.Cross Hotel is centrally located in the Namba district, and is a short walk from either the Shinsaibashi subway station on the Namba (Midosuji line) subway station. the earlier travelers have provided useful tips like getting to the hotel (the use of midosuji line) which helped tremendously.another thing not mentioned, cross osaka also has the limousine bus service going to and fro kansai airport (although the time is limited to about one to two trips)

Reviews：when we arrived at kansai airport, we were told that hearton hotel nishi umeda is very near herbis bus station, therefore we decided to take the limousine bus to herbis bus station, and just as advised, the hotel was like 5 mins walk and very visible from the bus station. next to jr osaka station ant two subway stations (umeda and nishi umeda station).also very near the kansai airport limousine bus stop at herbis osaka. there is also access underground right underneath the hotel leading to the central station or subways, and also leading to herbis mall and hilton hotel, so during winter season, there no real need to suffer the cold weather outdoors.

I chose the Hearton hotel because of location and relative low cost.It was difficult to locate from the subway as unfortunatley I didnt have there contact tel number which was a mistake .I would recomend if accessing by subway to find in advance the closest exit as the hotel is only a few minutes walk.We stayed in the annex building (5thfloor) the room was semidouble so not particulaly large but clean and the staff cleaning could not be faulted.It was difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature until one of the staff opened our window and that solved the problem,The english ability of the staff was adequate and they were eager to assist in any way.The hotel is ideally located in Osaka close to the main shopping area and 10 minutes from Umeda staion by subway or 20 minutes to Shin-Osaka,.
