• Reviews： This Onsen has a shuttle from the station (I suggest you call them when you arrive, that hill is too steep for luggage!) The staff is super friendly, amazing ‘Jack-of-all-Trades’, and helpful. Yes I have to mention spacious after staying in a cramped room in Tokyo! 🙂 I have to mention that the hotel has onsen that is open 24h. When we reached kawaguchiko train station, a staff at tourist information mentioned that this hotel is located at the slope and a free shuttle is available

• Reviews：I enjoyed my stay here in Hotel Mystays Fuji Onsen Resort. Booked a twin room with Mt Fuji view and it’s exactly as advertised! I was lucky enough to catch Mt Fuji on a clear day and the view from my room was amazing!Location wise the hotel is less than 10min walk from Fujikyu Highland Station. Onsen is good but only can see Mt Fuji if standing up!!! Dyson hairdryer in onsen is good too

• Reviews：They also have shuttle to the station in the morning (they have schedule for this, check with the hotel staff and make sure you made reservation because the space is limited).I would advise you to use the shuttle service provided if it match with your schedule, because I don’t think there is bus route to the hotel and walking is quite a distance especially with luggage on you.There are big supermarket just beside the hotel and Bell shopping center just few minutes walk.We have good dinner at Kawaguchiko restaurant right across the Bell shopping center that you can try.The bad thing of the hotel is they didn’t have wifi at room, the wifi is only in the lobby area.
